I was lucky enough to have a tube of Voltaren given to me. But I'm down to the last of it and can hardly squeeze any out of the tube anymore.
So I cut it up.
First, across the tube. Then, up the side and across to open up the flat part.
There was enough on this part for one application. The part with the cap still has enough for a number of applications.
From now on, I'll be doing this with my toothpaste as well.
